Since the year 2002, we have been dedicated to guiding families through the Word of God, by applying the Gospel's principles. We aim to provide the guidance and resources necessary to uncover the root causes of challenges and the end-time plans that meet each family’s unique needs. As educators and followers of Christ, we strive to promote a harmonious life balance, encouraging individual wellbeing and strengthening the bonds that hold families together.

Story

We are a husband-and-wife partnership that’s devoted and committed to practicing evangelism. After 31 years of marriage, our calling to fulfill is committed to discipling, and guiding lost souls to the Cross in a non-judgmental positive way.

Our Team

Kendall Ashley, Founder

Kendall Ashley is the founder of TOOLS, a 501 (c) 3 organization dedicated to collaborating with local churches to create robust strategic contingency plans that enhance their ability to respond to and recover from unforeseen disruptions to normal operations. Kendall has always had a compassion for holding the church accountable for its true mission. He is originally from Compton, California. Where he grew up as one of the “Boyz N The Hood.” He collaborated with the late filmmaker “John Singleton, and the late author and actor “Tommy Ford” from the hit-show “Martin”. He and the Late American Rapper Eric “Easy-E” Wright from NWA, hung-out as kids growing up.

Kendall possesses a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Philander Smith University and a Master’s degree in management and leadership from Webster University with an emphasis on Urban Community Development. Kendall currently resides in Little Rock and is a loving husband to Sharon Ashley of 31 years. He is the father of son Whalyn and daughter Summer

Sharon Ashley, Co-Founder

Sharon Ashley, a native of Camden, Arkansas, is a 1984 graduate of Camden High School. She attended Philander Smith College, now known as Philander Smith University, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2016.

In 2022, Sharon answered the call to launch a women’s ministry “It’s Necessary” walking with the women through the word of God with simplicity.

To create a biblical environment to hold each other accountable and encourage one another in these “End Times”.

Sharon and her husband Kendall have been married for 31 years and have two adult children, and two grandchildren.

In her spare time, she enjoys encouraging loved ones, friends, and family to keep their eyes on the Cross during these end times, while spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Edmond Davis,

Edmond W. Davis (born 1976) is a world-class speaker, social historian, author, and associate professor, widely recognized for his expertise in history, violence prevention, and career development. He is the executive director of the National HBCU Black Wall Street Career Fest, a groundbreaking initiative connecting college students with career opportunities and  entrepreneurship empowerment.
Davis has taught at institutions such as the University of Phoenix and Pulaski Technical College and served as the Director of the Derek Olivier Research Institute at Arkansas Baptist College, where he advanced national conversations around violence prevention. He is the author of Pioneering African-American Aviators and the co-author of GROWTH MINDSET: Developing a Growth Mindset to Respond-Responsibly, an Amazon #1 New Release.
A sought-after speaker, Davis has presented at numerous conferences and events, motivating diverse audiences with his inspiring journey from childhood homelessness to  professor. He and his wife, Monica, are the parents of their phenomenal son, Kalon.

Monica Davis has served as an educator in the Little Rock School District for over 20 years. A native of Louisiana, she relocated to Arkansas—known as the Natural State—during her formative years. In 2001, she earned a B.A. in Liberal Arts from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, followed by a Master of Arts in Teaching from Harding University in 2009. In 2015, she completed a Master of Science in Education (MSE) in Gifted, Talented, and Creative Education from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.
In addition, Davis has worked as a Financial Literacy Adjunct Instructor at Arkansas Baptist College. She has also served as a mentor teacher for the Arkansas Department of Education and contributed her expertise to various curriculum committees within LRSD, including math, literacy, and social studies.
Beyond the classroom, Monica Davis is a gifted artist and songwriter. She is also the co-author of the Amazon #1 Best New Release GROWTH MINDSET: Developing a Growth Mindset to Respond-Responsibly. She also has a passion for community outreach and philanthropy.
She is married to renowned speaker and social historian Edmond W. Davis. Together, they have one incredible son named Kalon.
